Elements Massage – Desert Ridge is looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead the sales and customer service effort for potential clients and current members. Our business is built on Wellness Program sales and we award our team when we meet our objectives.
Job Title: Wellness Membership Advisor

member to add to our team. There are multiple opportunities for commission growth all dependent on you!
*This Position is 85% sales, 15% scheduling*
Job Type: Part Time Or Full Time Must be able to work at least one weekend a month.
Must be a Customer Service and Sales Super Star!
Pitch to all clients about the Wellness Program and all the benefits of getting massages.
Accurately scheduling and checking out clients.
Do all required task when asked by management and when management is not there.
Do all chores and cleaning duties.
Be on time and ready to start day on scheduled shift.
Multi task with computers, phones, and clients in the lobby.
Discounted massages for friends and family
Commissions and Bonuses
Accrued Paid time off
Sales Experience Required/Excellent Customer Service Experience Required.
Must be Honest, Takes pride in appearance.
Respectful towards Management, Co workers and Clients at all times.
Have experience and be comfortable with talking on the phone and taking appointments.
Point of Sale Experience.
Computer proficiency a must!
Pays attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Flexibility with schedule.
