Gabriela has been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 10 years and is very passionate about helping people on their healing journey. Gabriela believes in healing from within to properly maintain the body. Gabriela has 2200 hours of training and is a graduate of Kikawa College, Toronto, 2004. She worked in specialized clinics with rehabilitation of people from Motor Vehicle Accidents, Sports Massage, athletes, injury people, and muscular pain. She likes to incorporate relaxation massage in with deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, therapeutic, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from everyday use or injuries from overuse. Gabriela decided to become a massage therapist because she loves helping people. At the end of the day she find's such a great sense of fulfillment knowing she has made a difference in helping her clients feel better. Gabriela strongly believes in staying active in the gym to live a happy, healthy life. She was born in Romania, and enjoys the adventures of being outdoors. Her favourite things to do are travel, hiking, and camping along with spending quality time with family and friends. Gabriela's sense of adventure brought her to Vancouver from Toronto where she started her career in massage therapy. In 2009 she volunteered for 6 months in the Islands of Vanuatu with a group of missionaries, doctors, nurses. They built a clinic on Tanna Island and then went on Espiritu Santo, to remote jungles to find the Kiai tribe, where people needed medical help and massage.
